We have an internship opening

The MAM project requires a digital marketing person.

       We are new, fun and dynamic website-based business, with a good dollop of madness thrown in for good measure. We are looking for a young gun (of any age) who would like to help convert the hidden county of Monaghan into the new cool place to visit, help to tell our stories and share our craic.  We are looking for a techie head to be part of this new and exciting journey. Up Monaghan!

·       Develop, manage, and schedule compelling content across all social media channels to drive engagement and reach across all channels.

·       Creating and uploading dynamic content for promotional channels Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, and building our audience.

·       Managing the digital marketing budget, taking the lead from the MAM coordinator.

·       Manage online discussions and forums and monitor what other counties are doing to promote their locality.

·       Uploading MAM blogs onto the website and sharing across all social media.

·       Monthly data reports of all analytics, including the MAM website and social media.

·       Sharing insights and learnings, as well as suggestions on how to be better. We value your opinion.

·       Have amazing attention to detail and a “can do” attitude.

·       Be able to write clear, concise, and engaging text, free from errors.

·       Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

·       Have the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.

·       Initiate and build relationships with travels writers and other tourism related bloggers.

·       Update activities on the Website calendar.

Ideal Candidate:

·   A recent graduate with the relevant digital marketing qualifications.

·   Advanced Photoshop, Canva, and Tik Tok preferable.

·   Naturally social media savvy

·   Strong attention to detail

·   Working proficiency of MS Office; Google Docs/Sheets are also advantageous.

·   A passion for all things Monaghan preferable but not essential.
