Elizabeth Mc Guinness is the chief instigator of Mad About Monaghan or 'the ‘Mammy of MAM’ as she likes to call herself.
Having lived abroad for many years in New Zealand, Elizabeth was a very proud member of the Irish diaspora, who harnessed her Irish-ness using it as a vehicle in which to promote and create awareness of all the fantastic inherent qualities that are intrinsically Irish.
Elizabeth now runs her own guesthouse back home in Monaghan. She is a very generous and entertaining hostess with the mostess and you certainly won’t be left bored or wanting for a thing!
