Helen Steele’s work has achieved critical acclaim in Europe, the Middle East and the USA. Her abstract prints and performance art exhibit techniques and insights that are totally unique. Her clients range from His Royal Highness Sheik Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nayan Crown prince of Abu Dhabi, designer Diane Von Furstenburg, actor Donald Sutherland and supermodel Helena Christiansen. Steele has collaborated with the Harvey Nichols group in their Dublin and Manchester stores on Vogue’s Fashion Big Night Out and at LFW for A/W 2010 with Joanne Hynes at Vauxhall Fashion Scouts Catwalk show where her print collection with Joanne Hynes was shown under collaboration title Les Guerriers.
Building on the success of the print collection and with her background in fashion design (BA in Fashion Design), she launched her own digital print collection of wearable art (W.A.R.T) for SS2012 at LFW and PFW with UK fashion agents SNOW. After huge success with her SS12 collection she launched her A/W 2012 collection ‘Hot Robot’ at PFW and LFW for A/W 2012.
Helen Steele is now stocked in 18 international high end boutiques and retail stores. Her print collection has been spotted on British pop mega star Jessie J, singer Nicola Roberts, and British actress Zawe Ashton. What makes Helen Steele’s prints totally unique is their creation from live performance art with paint creating bright bold 3D prints of wearable art. So hang it on a wall or wear it!
