PA (Pembroke Alliance) cover in the main the following areas

• Lean – savings ranging from €20k for a small Lean micro to on average over €200k for a Lean plus project.

• Green – We do an energy audit. We fully understand the grant support from both SEAI and EI.

• Digitalization – We map out the Digital roadmap and the investment required. Again, there are substantive supports for investment in Digitalization, ERP, MRO, eCommerce, etc

• R & D – Support for existing wages and overheads, raw materials, prototypes, travel, outside consultancy.

• Health & Safety, HR, and Recruitment of middle to Senior Management.

• New Business Development – Emphasis on targeting the export markets.

We work across Multiple manufacturing sectors including food, engineering, plastics, pharma, food, clothing manufacturing, furniture, packaging, doors, windows, medical devices, tech, etc.

We reduce costs and increase throughput and productivity – Worst saving that we have on an initial Lean plus programme has been €196k –Average savings per company in 2021 was €240k

The Team in PA are made up of people who either have run their own successful manufacturing businesses and sold them or have worked in Senior positions in medium to large companies.

 We do all the applications and claims for the company.
